60th Surprise Party

Brandons mom, Jenny turned the big 60 this year on September 12Th. His dad wanted to make it a special one. So he had been planning a big surprise party with the help of all of us. It was fun, we all got put in charge of something. And we were put in charge of a video of her life using pictures of her and all that she has accomplished. It was really fun to go through all the pictures and see her and her family growing up. It turned out really great, Brandon did a great job. We had an open house at the church for all of her family and friends to come and say Happy Birthday, and eat some food. She had a great turnout.

This is a picture of all her granddaughters. She loves Mary Engelbreit, and so the party was themed and decorated with that. Well her sister Becky offered to make all the girls skirts with the fabric from Mary Engelbreit. They were sooooo cute, she did an amazing job. She sewed them all in one and half days. The shirts that my girls have on I made to match. It was a lot of fun. They turned out really cute.

This is her being surprised, she seriously had no idea. I cant believe we did such a good job keeping it a secret.

Aunt Tanya and little Peyton.

All the grand kids coloring pictures for Grandma.

All the grand kids. It was a little tough to get them all to smile, since this was the end of the night. They were ready to go home, as was I. It was a long day, but a great one.
