First Snow Fall of the Year

Playing in the snow, they loved making a snowman.

Annie was really getting into it. I wasnt fast enough to catch her doing a snow angel.

The finished project.

Witches at Gardner Village

I had been wanting to take the kids to see the witches, and havent had a good chance. So Friday after they got out of school we went to see them. We did the activity, where you found certain witches, that were on a paper. Kelsie enjoyed it, Jillian not so much, she just wanted the cookie. But it was fun, ran into quite a few people I knew.

Riding in the Carriage
They wouldnt get close to the witch, kinda funny. Annie wouldnt get anywhere close.

Swinging together.

This was Kelsies favorite witche, she said cause of the bugs. But I think it was because she was the hardest one to find. Notice how far away she is standing. :)

Cornbelllys, crazy fun!

Brandons sister Amy and her two boys were in town from Washington for a little over a week. So we always get together a couple times to hang out. One of them usually is a big adventure with everyone at a fun place for kids. This time we decided to head down to Thanksgiving Point, where there were three things to choose from. Scarecrow Festival, Cornbellyes, and Barnyard Boo. Well we all agreed on Cornbellys. It was fun, and crazy. There were alot of people there, but there was a lot to do. It was on the Saturday that was surprisingly hot!!! But still fun. We had just started Potty Training Annie so I was a little stressed making sure she made it to the potty. She did great till right before we were going to leave. Its ok, she was doing really good. (As of Today 10/30/09 she is fully pottytrained, no more diapers)

Spencer, Bode, Kendra, Jillian and Kelsie in that order

Kelsie and Kendra, Annie down below

Jillian doing a great job on the pedal go carts. They loved racing around the track.

Brandon took Annie on the bigger ones. She loved it.

Brandon and his Brother Jared racing.

Riding in the Cow Train.

We tried to get a group shot of all the grandkids, but it was towards the end of the day and they werent cooperating. Mostly Annie, she was way tired. But they were all there and had a great time together.
My favorite part was the giant pillow that you jump on, but I didnt have my camera out for it.

Kelsies special Day

Kelsie had her special day on October 10th, she was baptised. It was a wonderfull day, and Brandon did a great job. Thank you to all the family and friends that were able to make it. We really appreciate all the support. It really means alot to her and us. She is one who loves her family, and loves family parties. She will remember it for a very long time.
I didnt notice but my pictures werent turning out and I couldnt figure out why. I thought it was just my camera. So I kept clicking thinking that they would be ok printed. Well after everyone left and pictures were taken, I figured out that the lens was dirty. Sometime between the wedding and the morning of the baptism one of the girls got ahold of it. So I am a little upset that my pictures are all blury. So I tried taking a few on Sunday morning, but they just arent the same. All of the grandparent and family ones are ruined. And the ones at the church.

Kelsies Accident

Here is the story of what happend Friday after school.
I have been letting Kelsie ride her bike once a week to school with her friends. And she wanted to Friday, and I said that was fine. So that means that my friend or I had to go pick up the kindergartners after school because they dont ride their bikes and we dont quite trust them to walk home by themselves. So we have to go pick them up. Well Becky was going to go pick them up. And they were taking alot longer that they should have. So I started getting worried, Brandon had stayed home due to a flat tire. So I told him I was going to go look for them cause I couldnt get ahold of Becky. I didnt know if she had forgotten. Before I could leave our neighbor pulls up, and then Becky pulls up. I thought oh,no. So they open the back and pull our Kelsies bike. And I asked what was going on. Kelsie comes out of Beckys car crying, and holding her wrist. So I figured she broke her wrist. And I talked to Becky and they Laytons for a minute before going in. Well I went in and she was in the bathroom. Came out and showed me her teeth, and face. She had two sores on the side of her mouth, and her two front PERMANENT teeth were chipped. Oh I almost lost it. I probably over exagerated, but oh my gosh. So I started call her dentist, our dentist, my old bishop that was a dentist. And no dentist office is open on Fridays. Just my luck. So I called her dentist back and got ahold of him, but he was on his way to Idaho. He asked some questions and we decided she could wait till Tuesday when he was back in town.
So what happened was they were riding home, and her two friends were following her and were talking to her. She was trying to say somthing to them, and they couldnt hear her. so she turned her head backwards so they could hear her, and her handlebar hit a 3 foot side fence and she flipped off her bike. Yes we were hoping it was her wrist and not her teeth. But oh well.
So my thoughts started going to the Baptism. She was very upset and didnt want to show anyone her teeth. How was she going to smile for pictures, how was she going to talk to anyone that congradulated her. On, and on, my thoughts went. So we told her if she didnt feel comfortable doing it the next day that we could wait till next month. But she said she wanted to still do it. She did great.

I was able to get a picture before she went and got them fixed. But they are now fixed, we just have to be very cautious because they arent as strong as her permanent teeth.
Crazy I know.

My baby sisters wedding Day!

We are all done, we are all married. My baby sister got married last Thursday, the last of both of our sibblings. It was a great, and fun day. She looked beautifull, and he looked great. They are so cute together, I hope that they have a happy life. The day went great, everything went pretty smooth.
Here are some pictures of the day:

Robert and Lani with all the grandkids. Dont they all look great, thanks to my mom and aunt. They did a great job sewing their dresses and vests.

We might look funny, because we are getting ready to jump for a picture. And KElsie is taking this picture, so she didnt get the timing right. This is of my sibblings and I.

My dad and Annie. She was giving him kisses, she loves her "grompa"

Aunt Lani, with my three girls. They love their Aunt Lani, they were so excited for her.

Annie enjoying her eclair, she tore it apart to eat the frosting and pudding inside. At least she didnt get it all over her dress.

This is their cute cake, I think it turned out really cute. It was a hit, the funny thing is Robert helped alot with designing it. Great job Robert.

cutting the cake

Finding somthing exciting. It was hillarious, he was so beet red doing this. But he did it.
It was a great day.

Last Camping Trip

We decided we wanted to go camping one more time before Winter hit. So we invited my parents and sister to go up to Wasatch State park, and camp for one night. It was really nice, wasnt very cold. It was beautifull to see the leaves that had already changed colors. I love the air when you are camping, love it!!! It was a fun and relaxing quick getaway.

All of us together, we set the timer.

All the girls

This is the view we had from our campsite.

Annie was having problems with her shoes. I think they were too small, she kept falling. This was the result of one of them. She was not happy.

I love fishing, while sitting on grass. Where the kids can play on a playground. :)

Yes, that is a duck Brandon caught. He didnt do it on purpose, but he casted some cheese and the ducks started going after it. Next we know the string is taking off with the duck attached. We didnt want to cut the line and leave it long, he would choke and get tangled up. so we slowly pulled him in, and somehow the string broke and he got away. The hook will disolve, so not too worried. But I dont think that will every happen again.
