Jillians Birthday

We had a great weekend celebrating Jillians 4th birthday. We were busy but she said it was a fun two days. On saturday she went to the Primary Activity, and had a lot of fun. Then she went with her Grandpa and Grandma Elzinga to Build A Bear to make her cute little Yellow bear named Bambi. They make a pretty big deal when it is your birthday, she was a little overwelmed. After they pay for the bear they asked what brought her in. And she said birthday. Then they made her ring this big "dinner bell" thing, and then they got the whole store to sing to her. She was excited but a little shy. She loves picking out clothes for her. Thanks again for taking her. Then we had to make a stop at Toys R Us. Then we went to dinner with them to Rumbi and she had her favorite Mac and Cheese. Then later that night we had some friends come over to play and of course teach me how to decorate my first cake. What do you think? I think it turned out so cute. Sorry about the nude picture. Thanks again Becky for showing me and helping me out. Jillian loved it. Then on Sunday she woke up to a lot of balloons all around her bed, and all over her house. She loved it. Daddy fixed her favorite "sugar pancakes" for breakfast. The primary sang Happy Birthday to her, which she was a little nervous about thinking it was going to be like Build a Bear. And then had her party that evening with all the family over. It was a long and busy weekend. But she enjoyed it.
We love and enjoy Jillian in our lives. Without her it would be pretty mild and boring. She does give us a run around. But we love her for it. And are very excited for her in her new steps in life.

Ok so here they are. I hope I didnt talk it up too much, but I love it. It turned out just how I wanted it.

Nice Weather..

Can you believe it, 4 post in one week. I just had to post these pictures of Annie. I know I have been posting a lot of her lately but she has been doing some cute things.
I love that the weather is getting nicer so that we can be outside later at night. That is my favorite time. We were outside cleaning out the weeds in our flower beds trying to make our yard look better for this weekend. We have a baby shower Friday, and then Jillians birthday party Sunday. So this is what I found, I love it except for the fact that she started to taste the dirt. But ahwell, every kid has to sometime. I know I was grosing out too. But she is a kid and she is going to do it sometime. But she loved the shovel and playing in the dirt. She probably sat there for a good 30 minutes. It was great, she was entertaining herself. Here are a few cute pictures.

My room!

I know it has been a long time coming. But we finally finished our room. It has been painted for a couple of weeks, but it has been a long drawn out process. We have never taken this long to complete a project. But we have been sooooo busy. And with painting the stripes 3 times, 3 different colors it takes longer. I dont have pictures to post now, but I am going to get them on here soon. So pictures to come soon.

Happy Mothers Day!!

Yesterday was a wonderfull day. It actually started Friday night Brandon and I went to the Jazz playoff game, it was a lot of fun. It is kinda fathers day, and mothers day gift. But it was a lot of fun, and they won so it made it better. Then on Saturday, my hubby took me shopping for a Heart Rate, calorie counter (burned calories). I have been wanting one for a while, and am so excited to have one, I am going to try it out tonight. Then that afternoon, we did a surprise mothers day gift for my mother n law. It turned out great, and thank all my inlaws, and husband for helping getting it accomplished. It made it a little bit more meaningfull for me, because we did some service for her. But the surprise worked.
Then yesterday, my wonderfull husband made me "MY" breakfast. Every Sunday morning we have pancakes, or "sugar pancakes" to my girls requests. I am not a big pancake person, but tolerate it. I will fix eggs for myself every once in a while. But my hubby made me my favorite full breakfast, Eggs, bacon, hasbrowns, and toast with Orange juice without pulp. He remembered everything. It was yummy, and the rest of them tolerated it. We dont ever buy bacon because I have to eat the whole package by myself. So we just dont buy it. It was yummy thanks honey. Then the girls were so excited to give me their gifts that they had made a school. It was so fun to see their excitment, and the hugs that I got meant the most. And they also bought me a few geraniums to plant in the yard.
We went to his moms for dinner, and was only able to stay for an hour ( thanks to our late church time and counting tithing, cant wait till we get an earlier church time), then headed to my moms for dessert (mmm, strawberry shortcake). It was a great, but busy day.

Annie's new do!

This is a few pictures of Annie and her her hair cut. I know I wasnt going to give her bangs, but I just had to. And I think it makes her looks so cute and more grown up. She actually has a hair style. I was trying to take these pictures for our
